Chocolate Tunnel of Fudge Cake

Craving something rich and chocolatey? Quarantined with hours of free time and nothing to do? Maybe you need to cure your child's insatiable thirst for sugar and fun in a time when candy stores are closed and play-dates are post-poned... Oh, have we got the recipe for you!

Welcome to episode 2 of "Baking With Cash & Auntie Anj." Watch our video to see exactly how to make the chocolate cake of your dreams, adult and kid approved!

Although this recipe is a long one, it's well worth the wait. We promise there won't be a crumb left once it's fully cooled, frosted, and served up to whoever you've been stuck in the house with for the last month! To make the Chocolate Tunnel of Fudge Cake, you'll need:

Equipment
bundt cake pan (I realize we spelled "bundt" wrong in the video)
2 large bowls
measuring cup and spoons
standing mixer or beaters

Ingredients
For the cake:
3 1/2 sticks (1 3/4 cups) of unsalted butter at room temp
1 3/4 sugar
6 eggs
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened 100% cocoa powder (no dutch process)
(you can add 2 cups chopped walnuts but we didn't because our step-by-step video is nutty enough!)

For the glaze:
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened 100% cocoa powder
4 to 6 teaspoons milk

Now, watch the video to see exactly how to make this fantastic cake! We hope you enjoy our shenanigans. Cash hasn't had contact with any other children in nearly a month, which is hard for him. He's being a good sport, though, and adores making our baking videos and reading the comments from viewers! Stay safe and healthy out there!

All the best,

Cash and Auntie Anj
